Re-Roll Separators

Permanent Magnetic Suspension-Overband Separators

 

 

  • Permanent Magnetic Suspension Separators are installed over the conveyor bands with a chasis.
  • It’s ideal for heights of 150 – 200 mm.
  • It’s delivered with its cleaner (skin tablet) and suspension pieces.

 

Usage areas of Permanent Magnetic Suspension Separators:

  • It holds every kind of magnetic materials among every kind of products on the band.
  • For example; Glass Industry, Cement Industry, Fertilizer Industry, Coal Industry, hazelnut , grains, food industry etc.
  • Permanent Magnetic Suspension Separator should be prefered if the material depth is max. 150 mm and the distance between the separator and the conveyor band does not exceed 200 mm.

  • These type of separators are installed over the conveyor band with a chasis.
  • It is ideal for product heights of 150 – 200 mm.
  • With the help of its own rotating band, the cleaning takes place automatically.

Electromagnetic Drum-Pulley Separators

    Electromagnetic Drum Separators

                The standart Electromagnetic Drum Separator is produced in diameters of 450-500 mm. Electromagnetic Drum Separators are generally installed below the silo with the help of the feeder. It is also possible to feed with elevator or conveyor bands.

It automatically cleans the free iron dust and pieces that are in the material. It is ideal for the materials over 300 micron which do not stick to the surface of the drum. For the best results the materials should be well spread over the surface of the separator.

Usage Areas : The cleaning of iron dust in the brass filings, glass industry, soda industry etc…

The Pulley Separators are both used as the incite of the conveyor and to seperate magnetic pieces in the material. The pieces that can be seperated ; wire, nail, bolts, nuts, hammer, keys, electrod pieces, machine pieces and free irons etc…

Coolant  Cleaner Magnet

 

 

  

  • The Cooling Fluid (Boron Oil) that is used with Surface Grinders, Cylindrical Grinders, drilling and lathing workbenches, milling and cutting machines cleans the ferromagnetic metal dusts by separation.
  •  With the cleaning of the Coolant Fluid the lives of the workbench and workbench tools and their  fluids are lengthened.
  • It is used in the separation of the ferromagnetic metal dusts (iron dusts) in the diluted mineral.
  • The strength of the Magnetic Field is 3500-4000 Gauss.
